- What is the location of your company? OLEAJE LLC is legally registered in the state of Florida, USA, but our headquarters are situated in Colombia.
- Is it necessary to return the entire set? Nope, it’s not necessary. If you need to make a return or exchange, you can choose to send back only the top or the bottom (including the free Thong), depending on which item needs to be replaced or refunded.
- What’s the process for knowing if my order has been shipped? You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and when your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email that includes shipping information.

It’s also important to note that most orders require a signature at the time of delivery, so please ensure that someone is available during business hours to receive the package at the address you provided.

- Can I return an item if it doesn’t meet my expectations? Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions: The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, and undamaged. Any modifications or washing of the item will be considered damage. We recommend wearing the suit over other clothing when trying it on to avoid staining or damage. The item must be returned with its hang tag, sanitary strip, bag, and scrunchies in its original condition. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- What if my order arrives damaged or there is something defective? In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at support@oleajesw.com. We will work with you personally to address the issue and find a resolution as quickly as possible.
